These
calculations can be scaled up or down rather easily with the exception
of tower height. The tower height height has to remain relatively high
to obtain a useful wind velocity and increasing height gives an
exponential power output increase (due to gravitational acceleration
being exponential), but changing the tower diameter would scale the
entire system.
